September 5th 2006 fans from all over the country got together at Hard Rock Cafe
in Lisbon in order to pay a tribute to Freddie Mercury, on his 60th birthday.The event was organized by the Portuguese Queen Fan Club "Keep Queen Alive" (with over 600 members) and had an extraordinary media coverage.
During the event there was an exhibition of relics, viewing of several videos and an artistic contest with the support of Casino Lisboa and EMI-Portugal. The Portuguese Queen Tribute band "One Vision" performed later in the evening.
